This building of head of the old station of the North, of style "art decó", constructed in 1928, will become the new referent of the culture and the leisure of Madrid. Its central nave, a historic hall, will be transformed into the Bankia Príncipe Pío Grand Theater.

While the lateral towers and the ground floor will house restoration, commercial and exhibition spaces that will occupy 4.200 square meters. The center will also have a wonderful terrace with views of the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral.
