This main building of the old North Station, in the “art deco” style, built in 1928, will be the new reference for culture and leisure in Madrid. Its central nave, a historic lobby, has been transformed into the Grand Theater Bankia Príncipe Pío.

While the lateral towers and the ground floor will house catering, commercial, and exhibition spaces, which will occupy 4.200 square meters. The center will also have a wonderful terrace overlooking the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral.
